The Tall Place

The Tall Place was set up by the Kick Horns, whose credits include Eric Clapton, The Rolling Stones, Beyonce, Blur, The Who, Dr John, Baaba Maal and Stereo MCs.

The warm natural acoustic is perfect for strings, woodwind, percussion and vocals - pretty much anything that won’t fit comfortably in a small project studio.

Kick Horns have recorded brass here for hits including Little Mix (Wings, Salute), Olly Murs (Never Been Better), Ella Eyre (If I Go) and James Arthur (You're Nobody 'til Somebody Loves You).

Gear includes Neumann U87, Coles 2038, AEA microphones, and API 3124 preamps.

Our extensive studio experience enables us to provide a relaxed, old school recording environment.
